I'm an IT program manager and ITSM engineer. I lead programs from discovery through vendor evaluation to an executive-ready decision, and I like work where process, tooling and people all have to line up.
For the past few years that has meant ITIL 4 service maturity, change control, Agile delivery and requirements governance across global SaaS and federal environments. Lately I apply AI every day: evaluating Claude and Microsoft Copilot, writing custom Claude skills, designing agents, and setting the governance guardrails around them.
I also build. I write React, Node and TypeScript, and I ship small AI products on my own time.
